     Department: Project Control

 

Ø  Participates in developing the most appropriate method and sequence of construction activities in conjunction with Project Management in order to ensure the project is completed timely, safely, and on budget.

Ø  Provide project management support in the development of the activities, logic, resources and progress of the approved integrated project schedule against the baseline.

Ø  Set the contract key dates schedule from the interfaces within this schedule

Ø  Provide the project with the list of plans required to execute the project and the hierarchy of those plans.

Ø  Monitor, control & develop overall schedule from inception to completion.

Ø  Analyze the effects of changes, impacts and acceleration on schedules.

Ø  Prepares regular status reports and forecasts for project management and client review.

Ø  Create and update schedules, progress monitoring status,work volume status and narratives and produce physical progress report.

Ø  Schedules, plans and oversees the entire program of work.

 

Ø  Monitor project progress and advise action to meet the schedule, if delayed

Interface with clients, project team and sub-contractors to ensure project 

and site progress. 

Ø  Assess the impact of approved changes and any deviations from the key project targets and milestones, including construction monitoring.

Ø  Monitors progress periodically and compares it with the baseline planning.
