ATC Professional (ATC or ATCPro) is a project management system developed by InterPlan Systems specifically for managing oil refinery and petrochemical plant maintenance (turnaround) projects. ATC Professional was originally named "TMS" and developed as an in-house tool to support on-site consulting services. The software was designed to support a specific turnaround-centric project management methodology.
