A method of [[Delay Analysis]] that analyses the effect of each [[Event]] incrementally and takes account of the status of the project or programme at the time the delaying event occurred, the changing nature of the [[Critical Path]] and the effects of action taken, or that should have reasonably been taken to [[Mitigate]] delays.
