Develop the Master Schedule and Construction Program &CPM (including engineering procurement & construction) using Primavera 6.2

Review the schedule which is submitted by construction subcontractor (according to the milestone stipulated in contract)

Establish the Project Progress Measurement System (base on p3e/c and MS Excel )

Determine the monthly actual percentage, and develop a series of progress curves such as overall progress, engineering progress, procurement progress and construction progress.
