October, 2007 - Prepare and Update Various Registers pertaining to Engineering Deliverables, Procurement services, Manufacturing, Sub Contracting & Construction
- Recording Progress of all discipline and Updating the schedule developed and monitoring it with the Project Baseline Schedule
- Report generation on daily, weekly and monthly basis speaking on Achievements, Critical Issues, Schedule Analysis, Progress Analysis, Front Analysis and Resource Analysis
- Presentations to Client/ Management on fortnightly basis on Achievements, KPI’s & Critical Issues
- Execute the Contract and Recording Contract Variations whenever there is a change in Scope, Executing methodology etc. with their financial/ schedule impact
- Follow up with Engineering Consultants for timely engineering deliverables, resolving technical queries and ensuring updating of As-built drawings
- Follow up with Procurement for Vendor Finalisation, Purchase Order Placement, Vendor Drawing approvals, Material delivery and Payment
- Inter Disciplinary Co-ordination at site for resolving site constraints and effective resource management
- Adherence to Company/ Project Safety Plan and Quality Plan and maintenance of Planning Documents
