Develop project master plan with contractors and implementing  project master schedule updating. Weekly / Monthly progress report preparation reported to Project Control Manager 

 lead the project planning on a large project, train planning personnel within the project and develop medhodology and procedure tailored to clients special requirement including to work closely with claim team for schedule impact analysis with forensic schedule intensive skill.

to coordinate with all departments and project manager plus clients, to ensure planning of the project is performed to the expectattion of clients and project managers and also to provide guidance on utilisation of Planning tools and methods, to assist in determining critical activities.
