December, 2009 - Project Coordination for the Westend Heights, 19 towers – 1830 apartments (2B+PO+17F), Phase 1 of New Town project. Role of Project Controls Manager. (Work completed and customer handing over started)
- Site-in-charge for the Bella Greens, 4 & 5 bedroom luxury villa (106 Nos.) project, part of 74 acre New Town integrated township at Begur, Phase 2A, Bangalore. (Work held up presently)
- Preparing master construction schedule and setting-up program management including processes.
- Establish reporting procedures, manage and mitigate cost & schedule issues and any risk events.
- Techno Commercial evaluation of Cost Plus project requirements and manage project billing process.
- Coordinate with PMC, Contractors, Vendors and other project stake holders from the client side.
- Planning, Budgeting, MIS Reporting and Cost & Schedule control for DLF Bangalore projects.
