Train and supervise Cost Engineer to complete all internal budget and cost related activities, EVPM, and reporting via SAP and other cost reporting and analysis vehicles; progress, sequence, and maintain resource loaded Primavera (P6 – V15.2) schedule; analyze and recommend modifications to improve accuracy and efficiency; work closely with technical staff to interpret plans and design take-offs, translate plans to schedule activities and implement into schedule; develop and control monthly internal reports; Preparation of schedule and contract compliant invoice to Client.

Eagle Commuter Rail - Denver, CO

Responsible for Preparation of Cost Report for three business entities; analyzed and entered quantities into Cost Management System (CMS - Timberline); reconciliation of CMS to Accounting, Purchasing, and Contracts monthly; examination of budgets for completeness, accuracy, and conformance with procedures; analyzed and completed Change Orders for input into CMS; committed subcontracts and modifications to CMS; maintained staffing plan and budget; analyzed and re-forecast indirect cost plans; reconciling equipment costs to cost codes for construction engineers; providing cost, budget, and forecast of information to multiple departments via CMS reports or other manual reporting means; reconciled cost to schedule (P6) monthly; prepared maximum payment curves, earned value data, and cash flow data for senior management, prepared monthly pricing forms for federal and non-federal entities, 6-month anticipated billings and Invoices to Client, Primavera 6 (P6) scheduling breakout and updates. Responsible for two team members and a Summer Intern.

Created and processed Potential Deviation Notices, maintained subcontractor financial forecasts, assisted design engineers with scope and cost assessment, maintained design change schedule, coordinated all design schedule and cost changes with client and technical experts, variance analysis and correction, reconciliation of various reports, CMS input and adjustments, Change Management, cost analysis, client change orders, and closeout activities
