     Prepare bar chart schedule and S-curve in P3 Project Planner and submit to the Owner/Project Construction Management Team for approval. Monitor actual work progress to update and maintain the construction schedule for weekly Project Team Meeting and report submittals.
     Track and record project’s man-hour per activity using turn-around document to monitor project’s productivity index. Prepare monthly productivity report and submit to project manager for reference and analysis.
