My background is in Engineering and Project Management and hold a B.Eng and Master’s degree. I hold the APMG Foundation Qualification in Project Planning and Control and Prince2 Foundation Qualification. Member ICE, PMI and Affiliate of Guilds of Project Control.

I have over 15 years’ Industry Experience across the Oil & Gas, Rail, Construction and Civil Engineering industries. I have an advance skills in the use of Primavera P6 Professional, Microsoft Projects and Excel. I help business organizations develop and deliver effective programme planning, monitoring and control to overcome the common causes of project failures within the constraints of safety, time, cost and quality. My experience cover plannning, scheduling, monitoring and control, programme risk and change management.

I have used and applied the principles of CPM Schedule Delay Assessment to demonstrate the impact of delays on project schedules. I have performed Earned Value Management and Schedule Quality and Integrity Analysis, maintained complex project records and performed Data Analysis, and reporting. I have experience in analyzing and maintaining all reported project activities emphasizing items such as critical activities, scope variations, slipped tasks with generated look ahead for upcoming tasks, and progressing project actuals vs. approved baseline schedules.

I have educated and advised project teams on various Project Management processes - planning, controlling, executing and closing. Integration of contract requirement into the project programme and discharging contract requirements is part of my current routine role. Also, I have organized and facilitated planning sessions for new projects and took care of re-planning for on-going projects.

Additionally, I maintain change register to log and track changes throughout the entire life cycle of project. I have good understanding and industry application of the CDM 2016 Regulation with experience in NEC Contract management and Prince 2 Project Management framework.
