v Project – Marsa-al-seef, phase-04  from 01^st November2016:

·         Assist in Preparing the Baseline construction programme of works in Primavera P6 and MS Projects and also preparation of other monitoring documents (like Progress ‘S’ Curve, Man power Histogram, Daily Dash Board, Key Performance Indicator, Weekly & Monthly Report , Cash Flow Chart, Organization Chart, Management Executive Report, etc.).

·         Preparation of daily progress report, weekly & monthly reports as per the requirements of company and the client.

·         Regularly monitoring the progress for engineering shop drawings, procurement, execution etc.

·         Identifying the critical areas of concern like material approval, material procurement status, delivery status, shop drawings approvals, to intimate to the concerned department to take prompt action to avoid the delay in projects.

·         Update the contract programme on a weekly, biweekly, monthly basis and provide the progress reports along with the progress performance curve based on the KPI’s for measuring the progress of the project.

·         Provide forecast of activities with a 1 week look ahead, 1 month look ahead, 3 month look ahead schedule for the activities and notify the respective personnel for the activities which are upcoming, critical and delayed.

·         Organize  Weekly Work Plan meetings to discuss the progress of the activities and to check whether the 1 week look ahead issued can be achieved or not, if not , discuss and conclude the actions to be taken by the respective Departments. in order to achieve the target schedules.

·         Prepare the progress performance curve and assist the commercial dept. to prepare the work done summary.

·         Prepare productivity matrix on weekly and monthly basis.

·         Prepare the Testing and Commissioning Program as per site requirement.
