Responsibilities:
· Responsible for extended construction phase planning of Sadara Port 42 chemical storage tanks (CS and SS) and one 25m dia Butene sphere. Eight of these tanks have a concrete outer double containment wall.
· Developed construction operation plan in conjunction with the Project Engineering & Scheduling team.
· Involved in planning construction duration, construction methodology & thoughts on grouping foundation and walls with the tank design and construction for Port Tank Farm & SASREF HFO Facilities.
· Supported FEED construction planning
· Prepared milestone schedules during the conceptual phase, construction management & planning with constructability sessions and pre-construction conferences during detail engineering.
· Analyzed project design drawings and plans to determine what construction problems are involved.
· Met with contractor job supervisors, assigned construction engineers, and any others involved in the project, to define and discuss the construction plan.
