  • Implemented and administrated Earned Value Management systems, and or Project/Programme systems for several clients (BAE SYSTEMS Air Systems, Magnox South, Fujitsu, Thales, Forceprotection)
  • Created and managed processes to integrate the supply chain into the EVMS. (BAE SYSTEMS Air Systems)
  • Provided and managed a cross work stream dependency process (BAE SYSTEMS Air Systems, Fujitsu)
  • Created a consolidated schedule process to program-level information.(BAE SYSTEMS Air Systems, Fujitsu,TVO)
  • Defined and created program level reporting packs. (BAE SYSTEMS, Fujitsu, UK MoD)
  • Provided strategic advice for the BAE Nimrod team to define and implement the change programme using EVM. (BAE SYSTEMS Air Systems)
  • Defined an appropriate method for payment by earned value that achieves the strategic goals for the UK Ministry of Defence (MoD) for the Nimrod Project. (UK MoD)
  • Assessed the EVM ability of the complete supply chain of the WATCHKEEPER project via Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR), total of 16 reviews at all levels of the supply chain.  (Thales Watchkeeper)
  • Defined the reporting process to enable the senior management to make effective decisions (several clients including WATCHKEEPER, Nimrod, Fujitsu and ODA)
  • Developed and implemented project controls strategy for multi-site organisations, working closely with senior management to board level. (BAE Systems Air Systems, Magnox South)
  • Defined and negotiated EVMS requirements for a multi-million pound contract with the customer and the supply chain.
  • Developed and implemented Project Controls System allowing for complete integration of the supply chain information (Thales)
  • Facilitated board meeting with interpretation of EVM data and identify potential savings and solutions.
