• Head of Planning for a major government facility. Developing the planning service – process and personnel. Managing forty staff.
• Developing the programme and setting up the project office for a £100 Million sewer replacement programme. Creating the bid-winning programme, and then developing a programme to manage the cost, schedule & Earned Value on this complex job.
• Investigating the project management methodology of a Banking systemsimplementerand recommending how to improve the delivery and profitability of its projects.
• Project manager for a £11M industry wide ATM upgradeprogrammefor NCR.Liaisingwith the UK’s largest Banks, as well as ensuring a smooth delivery of the product design and supply chain logistics.
• Director of Administration for the UK chapter of the Project Management Institute – from 2001 to 2003.
