Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Looking to get some idea as to what the current market is in this are. I’m a Senior Project Controls Consultant with 19+ years Cost, Schedule, Risk, ...

Currently on large program with staff of 11 schedulers (PMO side) and directing 18 schedulers that represent the contractors side (13 contractors with contracts between $20M to $700M Cdn). Using P3 5.0; currently 40,000 activities, estimate will get to 150,000+; Half resource loaded.

Current rate $79 Cdn per hour (about $70 US), 50 to 60 hrs week; own corporation; all taxes (corporate & personal less that 30%).

Is it worth talking to them.
