If you are using activity codes then it will also copied if activity code is also tick or selected to copy but you need to define activity code on the other projects if not global. You can use Activity Window but group and sort by EPS/WBS or WBS otherwise it wont allow you to copy.

Copy from WBS window is the fastest way and best approach. You can include links within WBS copied or including external links if needed.
