Hi Abeer,

As explained by Antonio you have to Select one project form projects directory & press (Ctrl) then select the other project then press right click & select open project, now both projects are opened concurrently.

Select both projects in "Project Workspace". After they are blue (selected), you can do one of these:

1. mouse right click, select Open.

2. Menu File/Open

3. Ctrl-O

Hi Hatem,

Thanks for your replay, what did you mean by open both projects concurrently

here is my steps,

Projects ------ Project 1 ------ open ------ select activities ------ copy ------ projects ------ project 2 ------ open/activities view ------ past tap not active!!!!! Because when I open project 2 project 1 appeared closed.

The two projects aren’t open at same time I wander why and how can I solve this problem?

If you create a blank project, don’t forget to create a WBS structure. If not, when you are in the "Activities Workspace" and if the layout filter has a WBS filter, you will not see the new project to past in.

Hi Abeer,

You have to open both projects concurrently then you can copy from one to another.

in terms of steps:

1. Open both projects from the project directory concurrently

2. Go to activities view & you will find Both projects appear as two WBS.

3. Start copying from one to another.

Hope it helps.

Hatem
