Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Once you have the PDF file, ’attach’ this to the email.

Sending the layout won’t be of any use unless the recipient has P5 installed.

yes, i can print as a CutePDF file, but what i really need to do is save the layout so that i can email it to the project team, which rite now seems difficult.

You should "print" to a PDF printer driver. You simply install a print driver program that "prints" to a PDF file of your naming. Many like CutePDF are free. Good luck!
