Project Control Center “Stroineft”, an affiliate of Transneft, is the management and engineering company of Transneft. Made inputs into the development of the Program for OJSC Transneft overhaul and refurbishment, development of design documentation, selection of contractors, preparation and conclusion of construction contracts, facilities turnover to the Client. Carried out cost control activities for projects approximating 500 mln. rubles in total value.

Exxon Neftegas Limited, an affiliate of Exxon Mobil Corporation, is the operator of the Sakhalin-I Project. Other participants in the Sakhalin-I Consortium are: two Russian companies, Sakhalinmorneftegas-Shelf and RN-Astra; the Japanese company Sakhalin Oil and Gas Development Co., Ltd.; and India’s ONGC Videsh Ltd.
