Reponsible for planning, coordinating and managing facilities shutdown and maintenance campaigns (offshoe & onshore). Develop shutdown strategies ensuring all technical integrity assurance and compliance requirements from external regulatory parties are captured in the plan. Contribute in the development and updating of Maintenance and Integrity documentation including philosophies, strategies, procedures and work instructions. Provide technical support to all offshore and onshore assets. Identify all risks, uncertainties & constraints that could jeopardise maintenance objectives. Identify and report critical success factors and KPIs of every shutdown in accordance to Shell Shutdown Management Process. Maintain all documentation for each shutdown/campaign phase from planning, execution and close out. Administer lessons learned database, conduct post-shutdown reviews and document recommendations for improvements. Chairing shutdown meetings. Mentoring and on the job training of young Russian planners to improve competency and achieve a world-class maintenance planning and scheduling skills.
