• Overall scheduling of 6 residential development projects in the Greater London Area. This required detailed scheduling, resource management, progress monitoring and reporting;
• Detail appraisal of schedules and logistics plans submitted to the company for work in the early planning phase; and  
• Training of personnel from Construction Management companies contracted to St George (as the developer) regarding in-house project planning processes and requirements.

• Detailed planning for the pre-construction phases of residential apartments and related engineering services (access roads, water supply, electricity, gas and drainage);
• Provision of detailed construction schedules (RC structures and services);
• Provision of detailed pre-construction reports covering site logistics, health and safety issues, phase diagrams, management of plant, labour and materials;
• Active participation in design co-ordination meetings involving structural engineers, architects, local authority representatives, contractors and the client; and

Senior Planning Manager for delivering major social infrastructure across Qatar. This includes a 75 hectare zoo. (Value QAR 4.2bn) and 150 hectare hospital and medical city with 1,100 beds and accommodation for 15,000 members of staff. (Value QAR 26bn).

Senior Planning Manager developing the business plan for airport infrastructure including: retail, security, check-in reconfiguration and the construction and refurbishment of piers, baggage, property, facilities and I.T.

Roles and responsibilities:

Involved in managing mutlple projects of the company.

Am responsible for establishment of PMO.

Having established the implementation programme, seen through tendering and award and brough all Contractors on board with project controls requirements I was given the task of delivering the Project to the programme.  With a Project Management team of 43 individuals and a Project Team team consisting of local Client, Contractors and Cost consultant and international Design and Supervision consultant topping out at over 9,000 individuals, I was responsible for the team co-ordinating and managing the successful delivery of 1427 luxury villas for Bahrian’s most prestigious Island Develop

u  Currently I am working on Scottish Power , Scottish Southern Energy and National grid projects.

u  Assisted project team in balancing the competing project constraints including but not limited to; scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality and risk.

u  Assisted project managers in rolling wave planning and progressive elaboration.

u  Used time impact analysis to assess the impact of discreet risk events.
