Senior Planning Manager developing the business plan for airport infrastructure including: retail, security, check-in reconfiguration and the construction and refurbishment of piers, baggage, property, facilities and I.T.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Development of the project and master schedules for the Gatwick capital investment programme across 70No+ projects.
- Incorporation of client governance and procurement processes.
- Identification of project interfaces.
- Incorporation of the ‘Design for Six Sigma’ project process with client governance and project scope.
- Planning the next cycle of capital investment at Stansted Airport consisting of 13No projects to the total value of £150m.
