My main duty was to verify each contractor schedule and to join all this schedules in an integrated one. The scope of the integrated schedule is to see the interfaces between all contractors and to help management to take the right decision in coordination of the work inside each work area. Another duty for me is to analyze the critical paths and together with technical specialists to propose new solutions to improve the logic.
