Progress monitoring and measurement

P3 schedule updating and analysis against the Base Line schedule

Critical Path analysis. Corrective measures identifying and suggesting as needed

 “S”-curves preparing and updating

Manpower schedule issue. Leveling the manpower in the integrated schedule for the entire Construction Yard. Preparing Mobilization / Demobilization plans

Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports issue. Various Look Ahead analyses

Manpower monitoring; Man-hours WBS allocation monitoring; Manpower Daily Reports issue. Performance and actual productivities monitoring. Performance Reports issue.

Various reports, analysis and presentation as required by Project / Construction management.

Developing and implementing new procedures for Standard WBS and Standard Activity Coding at Construction Yard level. Aim: easier and faster scheduling for each individual project as well as providing the possibility to integrate all Project Schedules, to level and control all resources at the Overall Construction Yard level. New system for monitoring overall productivities and performance.

Training of local employees.
