·         Form, Train and Manage Project Team

·         Define and manage stakeholders

·         Develop project procedures, example: PMP

·         Develop and maintain level 3 Time Schedule

·         Determine schedule slippages and propose mitigations

·         Determine and reconcile budget

·         Alternative generation, cost / benefit analysis

·         Ensure compliance with Contract

·         Manage Change Orders

·         Analyze, manage and mitigate risks

·         Forensic analysis (Root cause and effect)

·         Establish project WBS

·         Ensure Engineering, Procurement, and Construction milestones are taking place on time

·         Monitor schedule, calculate variances, trace delay  root causes and propose mitigations

·         Project Analysis using Earned Value Management EVM and action proposals to project board

·         Develop progress procedures and criteria

·         Manage meetings

·         Generate reports to project board and stakeholders
