Working as a contract Planning Engineer responsible to the Commercial Director and Delivery Managers for a number of Scottish Water infrastructure projects at various capex stages. The portfolio of projects that I was responsible for were Airdrie Coatbridge Transfer Sewer (£15.5M) in Construction, Invercannie / Mannofield Rising Main (£11M) in construction, Impounding Reservoirs at feasibility and cost estimating stage, Low Pressure Alleviation at design and procurement stage and various small value framework contracts.  I am also required to compile programmes for various tenders for Scottish Water Framework and stand alone contracts.  The programmes for projects in construction were fully resource and cost loaded to be used internally for turnover, revenue, cost forecasting, EVM, NEC Early warning and Compensation Event Management and by Scottish Water for spend forecasting.

Additionally I was tasked in assisting and auditing an external consultant’s adjudication process for an EOT claim for a Flood Remediation Scheme in Dunfermline
