Based in Baku and responsible for the development and maintenance of the topsides commissioning plans for the West Azeri, East Azeri & DUQ platforms (ACG Project Caspian Sea). The platforms of approximately 15,000Te contained process, drilling and accommodation facilities. Being a client role, tasks included co-ordinating contractor planning efforts, along with reporting to site and overall project management. The commissioning team was an integrated team, and as such the role included hands on ownership of the plan. In addition to creating and maintaining the plans in Primavera P3, weekly reporting on progress, KPIs for ITR and CTP completions, man hour and man power, and productivity. The role also included providing input to the offshore hook up and commissioning plan and supporting the project management team with ad hoc plans throughout the project.
