Duties and Responsibilities:

Planning Manager

February 1, 2015 – present

·      Planner of the Development and Project Management Consultant that leads and manages the team of Professionals, Contractors and Sub-Contractors through the project.

·      Responsible for the daily management of the project (Programme related matters), together with a dedicated and experienced team of Project Director, Development Managers, Project Managers and senior personnel, to ensure that the Employer is kept fully informed of all development, regulatory, financial, progress and management aspects.

·      Responsible for the full co-ordination of recommendations and suggestions from the Operational Team, acting as liaison between the Operator and the team of Professionals and Contractors (Programme related matters).

·      Responsible for the conduct of the Planning Meetings to monitor the progress of the production of design development and construction documentation against the pre-agreed Documentation Schedule and Tender Procurement Schedule.

·      Responsible for the conduct of Programme Update Meetings to review the progress being made on site relative to the contract programme. Analyze any deviation from the baseline contract programme, records agreed reason for the diversion and recommends necessary remedial measures to make up any delays.
