ü  Develops and maintain the Integrated Project Master Schedule, Implement progress monitoring and measurement methodology; Constructionof schedule3 weeksahead Level 4,

ü  Review and approve contractors and suppliers schedules, Monitor and measure progress of Engineering, Procurement and Construction

ü  Critical path analysisand sub-critical, proposals for remedial action; Analysis of interface with other projects, monthly reporting, forecasting and closing progress, S curves;

ü  Analysis of theprogress schedule, Comments of schedule’s documents; physical progress; identify potential delays their impact and workaround.

ü  Monitor delivery dates of equipment & materials with regards to required on site dates; Analyse adequacy of resources for engineering and construction

ü  Organizing and conductingmeetings, writing minutes of meetings; Participation in technical meetings, Participation in planning meetings (weekly and monthly);

ü  Analysis and resolution of certain issues of interfaces, Analysis & management of Claims
