Development of 20 and 21 phases of South Pars field is a Mega Project with these objectives: To develop two offshore platforms, Drilling of 22 production wells, Construction of two 210 KM long 32” pipelines, and Construction of onshore gas Refinery with a capacity of 2000 cubic feet per day. This mega project is valued over 6 Billion USD.
ü Preparing and updating project time schedule. ü Tracking overall schedule and compare with contractors/vendor’s progress reports. ü Performing project risk management according to prepared Risk Management Plan ü Addressing delays and area of concerns, analysis of CPM ü Preparing Weekly and Monthly progress reports | ||||
