Senior Project and Construction Planner, Flsmidth, Out of Pit Crushing & Conveyor System Project

Out of Pit Crushing and Conveyor (OPCC) project is part of continuous expansion of Adaro’s open pit mining operation. The project with US$129-million-dollar capital value and 620,485 direct manhours is to provide crushing & conveying of overburden system at a rated capacity of 12,000 tons per hour. Project scopes are consist of Crushers (2 units), overland conveyors (4 units) along 10 kilometers and RAHCO Mobile Stacking Conveyor (1 unit) along 400 meters and RAHCO spreading conveyor (1 unit) 50 meters boom.

·         Prepare master and detailed EPC schedule, work force, commodities and equipment graphs.

·         Involved on closely coordination with steel fabrication vendor andensure the progress is on track with target.

·         Develop steel fabrication delivery and Involved on coordination with logistics team to ensure all in-country and imported materials barging & shipment sequence is in line with construction requirement.

·         Develop weekly basis progress s-curve and three weeks look ahead schedule to support construction management team on execution target as a plan.

·         Coordination with FLSmidth head office team in Washington DC (United States) on preparing and development regular project monthly report for client.
