- providing customer theoretical training (Project Management)

- providing customer software training (admin and end-user)

- translating official training documentation (English to Romanian)

- designing the concept of and elaborating training customized handbooks  for customers' specific business area

- designing the concept of and elaborating training materials for the use of the department in future trainings

- providing internal brown-bag trainings to share knowledge and experience

- train the trainer: preparing the new employees (future trainers and consultants)
