Job Description:

• Responsible for the routine maintenance, repair, troubleshooting of computer systems and software.
• Analyze and solve operational computer error and explain to client the problem that has occurred.
• Perform installation of computer software and hardware, database management and repair of network problems.
• Diagnose and discard malware; setup and configure security software (antivirus tools and firewall).
• Handles the inventory of computer hardware and maintenance of repair records.
• In-charge of the setup and testing of computer system, peripheral equipments (circuit boards, printer, routers, scanners and network equipment) and cable.
• Perform test on new system through complete inspection to provide assurance of high standard equipment.
• Supervise training of other employees on desktop application programs, network and mail systems.
• Seek consultation from superiors and inform problems encountered in the computer system.
