Ø    Panipat Naphtha Cracker Project (EPCC-2A) Polypropylene Unit (Design Capacity- 2x300,000 TPA, Basell Spheriphol Technology) and Product Warehouse & Bagging Units (LSTK Project) Owner Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) and Project Management Consultant Engineers India Ltd. India.

Major Responsibilities

Ø  Planning and updating Progress Measurement Methodology, Developing and maintaining the Project Control Plans and to ensure that all plans are being followed. Review Subcontractors and Vendor schedules and identifying the critical path.

Ø  Controlling, monitoring and reporting performance of the work completed according to established schedules. Co-ordinate baseline updates with regards to all planning tasks.

Ø  Maintaining Progress Reports for client according to Contract requirements, preparing Action Plan and coordination of all activities at construction site.

Ø  Preparing Internal Reports and MIS reports to Management in close coordination with Tecnimont Milan office.

Ø  Coordinating with subcontractors and vendors from across the Europe, Asia and American locations and conducting weekly and monthly Progress Review Meetings with all subcontractors.

Ø  Preparing Backlog Analysis with respect to original schedule and prepare catch up plan to recover backlog.
