Our client is a leading construction main contractor specialising in multi sector works up to £100m in value. Together we are actively looking for an experienced Primavera P6 Planner to work on the fit out stage of a profile build project on the Olympic Park.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting all Main Contractor plans and programmes in conjunction with the Construction and Commercial management teams.
- Ensuring all programs are practical, achievable and properly resourced.
- Drafting any design changes, planning/program variations or additional works packages as they arise.
- Monitoring sub contractor schedules and reports to ensure the programme is maintained.
- Highlighting sub contractor issues as they arise so that any problems can be resolved as soon as possible.
- Drafting recovery programmes where/if necessary.
Experience required:
- At least 5 years Primavera Planning experience.
- Excellent working knowledge of Primavera P6.
- Experience of fit out stage on major works projects.
- Degree in Construction Management, Planning or similar.
