(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?
(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

I need to put a recurring activity in a schedule to show a meeting which is scheduled every 6 weeks. Is this possible in P6, if so, can anyone tell me how to do it please?

Hi Jane
Set up a calendar that has one work day in a six week period of non work days and apply it to your "Meeting" task - the duration should be the number of anticipated meetings.
Make sure you add progress to block out the meetings as and when they occur.
