Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

If you cant import mpp to P6 convert it to XML that usualy works for me if you can convert it to MPX even better.

In your mpp file, make sure the top line is NOT blank.

Izam,

You need to save your MSP file to mpp file with an mmp file extension. When importing to P6, make sure you are importing the one you just save.

Let me know if it does not work

Izam,
What version of MPP are you importing? P6 supports only MSP 2003 and below.
