Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

I need to create a calendar for financial approval meetings and would like to start from a calendar with zero working days to allow specific work days representing dates the financial approval can take place.

I can do it the long way but wondered if anyone knew a way to force P6 to create a calenar with a standard work week of zero days?

I’ve tried and when you click ok on the work week with all the days set to 0 hours it return to the default hours.

Thanks Dieter,

I didn’t think it was possible besides having a 1 day week and setting most days to non work.

I’ve actually done this the long way now but if anyone else has a faster way to do it I’d be interested to know.

Regards,

Nathan

As far as I know the lowest value is 1 day with 1 hour. Currently I have no idea for a good workaround.
