Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

I can not realize the difference between Start float and Finish float in the schedule option. as far as I know these two items are same. I was wondering if somebody explain this issue clearly with an example?

Hi,

Start float is the difference between the early and late start dates; Finish float is the difference between the early and late finish dates.

There’s one more option MOST CRITICAL FLOAT, it is the least of the start or finish floats.

sometimes it is different when u assign mandatory constraints (whether start/finish).
