Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Windows XP SP2 and P3 E/C problems

We are running into a serious issue with P3 v4.1 and machines already preloaded with Windows XP SP2. The issues is when we load P3 it will not allow XP to add, view, or manage printers anymore. Any suggestions on how to fix this issue?

The problem is that the windows printers are removed and you can’t add any new ones to it becaause it becomes grayed out. This is on WindowsXP Sp1 or Sp2

They quite calling it P3 after 3.1 We are using E/C
