do you have the original cd of P3?
if yes, use the ACTIVITY.XLS file found in the RA folder;
if no:
do you have a valid SN and maintainance contract for your P3 license?
if yes, dig into the Knowledbase on www.primavera.com website and download the Excel files
if no, do as follows
open a P3 project
go to Tools, Project Utilities, Export
select the Schedule Data to Lotus to build a file model that Excel will be able to use
open the WK1 file in Excel (please!!! do not use Excel 2007)
delete all the data, be careful to keep the first four rows in the Excel sheet
key in any desired data in the corresponding column
save the file as a WK1 file
close the file
import the data in P3 by Tools, Project Utilities, Import
