Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

On the dialogue box for producing graphical reports it shows there the resource selection,content,date,format,titles..etc. Under the content tab, pls give me more detail description of what the "Divide by" field can do.On the Primavera manual it only says that..."Specify a number in the Divide By field to determine how P3 shows resource or cost values in the graphic"...Should i only used this field to reduce the number shown on the report or it has other usage or purpose? Hi Renz,

The Divide field is used for reducing the scale of the Y axis. Say for example the Total Cost is comming 100,00,000 $ and you want to show it into millions then you can use devide by 10,00,000. Now your scale will show 1 to 10.
