Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Using Windows Explorer, try

C:\P3WIN\P3PROGS\PRMDRAW.EXE

Good luck!

Hello All,

I too have been plagued by logo errors in headers and footers but I have discovered a method to overcome P3’s short comings.

For Bitmap files:
1. Open PRMDraw, located in your P3WIN\P3PROGS directory.

2. Open MS Paint (or applicable file extension viewer).

3. From MS Paint, open the bitmap logo you want to insert in the P3 schedule.

4. Click on menu Edit: Select All.

5. Click on menu Edit: Copy.

6. Select PRMDRAW.

7. Click on menu Edit:Paste, Select “bitmap”, then hit enter.

8. Click on menu File:Save. Ensure the file is saved in the P3WIN directory for best results.

Hemanth,

P3 can accept different types of logo including:

Primavera Draw File (*.pmt)
Bitmap Files (*.bmp)
Metafile (*.wmf)
Word Document Files (*.doc)
Corel Draw Files (*. cdr)

If you can’t see your current logo (for instance BMP file) in P3, I would suggest you to open that up in Paint application and select all (by pressing Ctrl+A) and copy it in Clipboard (by pressing Ctrl+C). Then run Primavera Draw application and create a new file and past Clipboard into it (by pressing Ctrl+V). You need just save that as PMT file and you are almost done. Try to call this new logo file in print preview and for sure it would be shown.

Cheers,
Ali Vessali

You can check the path of logo file and see whether that logo is is corrupted? Else you just creat a new logo file and link with p3.
