(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?
(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.
what is the aacei or other official definition of "material change"? as in important not a material like wood...

Here is an answer - but term is difference in AACEi's glossary
"Material Difference" - A change that is important to the performance of the work or that will have a measurable influence or effect on the time, cost of, or procedures for the work under the contract.
It is interesting that is said nothing about critical path or changes to the substantial completion date.
