I want to present you a software called Eylean board for project task/team management which is based on lean(kanban), agile(scrum) methodologies and integrates work environment as a virtual whiteboard. Software has integrations to outlook and TFS (for developers), alongside excel import/export. Various rerports - burndown chart, cumulative workflow diagram, lead/cycle histograms will alllow you to act - measure - react! Time tracking is integrated in this tool as well.
