Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

I was using P6 6.0 without any problem. After some time , I ve decided the install SQL and installed. From that moment, I received database error from P6 when I try to log in. I tried to reinstall but nothing changed. In addition , while installing I am getting an error which is ""Oracle XE P6 professsional databse creation failed. Please see the log file at C:\Users.... """ .Is there anybody help me on that matter. Thanks in advance.

Hi

I am also having problems installing my P6 on my machine. The folling error is showing:

''Primaver P6 Professional R8.3.2 Setup Wizard ended prematurely because of an error. Your sytem has not been modified. To instal the program at a later time, run Setup Wizard again. Click the Finish button to exit the Setup Wizard''.

Can someone assist please?

Hello again,

I removed all related files of SQL and primavera and installed again. First I installed P6 and I received same error but I set the database manually by using pmdb$primavera database. It worked. Thank you for your support anyway.
