(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

hi to all,

i am searching a way to extract Activity Usage Spreadsheet from P6 to Excel for desired WBS.

i have loaded cost on Engineering, Procurement & Construction Phases & my Performance Percentage Complete is 12.72%.
here i want to see Planned & Actual Cost only for my Construction phase in Activity Usage Spreadsheet. I tired by using filter as well but it didn’t work.

Would anyone please tell me how to solve this issue.

Hi Irfan,

In order to perform this please follow the following steps as shown below:

1. Go to --> Edit --> Select All, when done, again Edit --> Copy

2. Open an Excel sheet and select Paste

You can also go to View --> Group & Sort
