Working both on and off site for a variety of clients including Bhs, Arcadia, Natwest, Marks and Spencer, John Lewis Partnership and Debenhams. Experienced many different operations of the business, ranging from the production of pre-tender presentations through to the conception and implementation of programmes of work. Responsibilities included the usual planning aspects such as monitoring and controlling progress, programme and information flow through a QA-approved PLN system, as well as more diverse areas such as quality through a zero defects initiative.
