August, 2005 Develop, update and monitor Level 2&3 schedules. Monitor contractual milestones/Key events. S-curves, histograms, KPI’s, productivity, trends.
Liaison with Subcontractor’s and integrate their plans into the overall project plans.
Consolidate the progress information provided by the different groups within the project.
Supporting Cost Control in updating and maintaining CCTS and track the variations from WS.
Liaison with estimators for the budget man-hours
Train & supervise local employees
