Marine - Transport & Installation

•To provide planning and scheduling support to the T & I installation team
•To cover for Marine Planning Manager in his absence
•To assist with all Marine Group planning activities including planning, presentations etc.
•To monitor Saipem planning outputs, and ensure they meet AIOC project requirements
•To review Saipem progress reports, and ensure that they accurately reflect project status
•To assist and support Saipem in meeting fully all AIOC project objectives.
•To produce and maintain summary plans for T & I management
•To assist the Upgrade Superintendent in tracking detailed progress for vessel upgrade work. Produce weekly progress dashboards and closely monitor progress
•To liase with AIOC Planning SAM and ensure that T & I planning activity is fully integrated into the overall ACG project management team.
•Preparation of project progress `S` curves
•Planning support to FFD / Survey / CARSP
•Manpower resourcing / histograms
•Preparing of weekly performance dashboard reports for Transport & Installation
•Preparation and input to Project Monthly reports (T&I and Subsea / Pipelines)
•Input / point of contact for schedule risk analysis
•Responsible for supplying interface information (installation dates, vessel availability, client supplied equipment/materials etc.) for inclusion into the detailed schedules.
